Laurie Thomas
Laurie Thomas has over 50 years of experience in the property and construction industry having spent his career at WT Partnership, an international professional Quantity Surveying practice. Laurie played a key role within their global expansion and was Chairman and senior equity partner for several decades.
Laurie has market leading knowledge in concept planning, property development and design, feasibility analysis, construction, management and value and financial management over the life of a property investment.
Scott Thomas
Scott has had a career in banking and finance having worked for ANZ in Melbourne and Vanguard Investment across both London and Melbourne. Scott will provide Moonah Tree Capital with debt structuring, investments and holistic portfolio management services.
Scott left Vanguard Australia as the Head of Growth and Offer where he managed multiple departments across Investment and Consulting to take up his position as Director of Investments and Development at MTC.
Anthony Thomas
Anthony provides Moonah hands on construction and property management experience. Anthony has worked in London, Sydney and Melbourne with most of his time spent as a builder and onsite management at L.U. Simon.
Anthony has a decade of experience in direct property management of the family commercial property portfolio.
Felicity Thomas
Felicity completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University (WA) before achieving certification as a Property Valuer with the Australian Property Institute.
In the almost two decades since then, she has worked in both government and private valuation roles in Perth and Melbourne, with her experience spanning mortgage valuations, government valuations and the interpretation and audit of municipal valuations.
